Service issues outweigh the nice building

overcooked steak inexperienced staff
The building looked rather nice and proved easy enough to reach for my purposes.
The food was alright but my steak cost a whopping amount and came back overcooked I did not care for that. The service felt unprofessional the staff seemed inexperienced maybe even a bit bored by their work. At those prices, one expects better staffing levels, and better trained staff, not just a pretty building.

underwhelming experience at this hotel

poor shower pressure broken nespresso machine
the room was clean, i'll give them that.
I stayed in a grand king room, but the shower barely had any pressure. the nespresso machine was missing parts, so i couldn't even make a proper coffee. plus, the breakfast was just alright. Nothing special for the price i paid.

A Nice Stay

great location kind staff tasty breakfast
The location was great, and it was easy to get to local attractions. The staff was very kind and approachable. One even helped my husband find parking. The rooms are very clean, and the breakfast offered a great selection and tasted very delicious (the pastries were divine!).
The sofa in the room wasn't the comfiest, but the bed made up for it.

The room was very spacious and it included a massive bathroom. I appreciated the good amount of natural light, too. The bed was firm and comfortable. It made for a great night's sleep.

The hotel interior is physically very excellent. A row of townhouses are stitched together to form a surprisingly large interior. The common areas, such as the bar and restaurant, are great.

The hotel is in a beautiful area. It is very easy to get to the hotel from the airport or train station. It is quiet here at night, so it's easy to sleep.
